Our Story
Patzeria was created from the memories of idyllic childhood holidays spent in the Lazio region of Italy, watching grandma lovingly prepare fresh pizza in her wood burning oven. Pat has perfected the technique to create the tastiest Romana style pizza to make Nonna proud.
Made to order in our wood fired oven on board our custom designed mobile pizza van we can bring the taste of Italy directly to you. Patzeria are experienced at catering for parties festivals, weddings, corporate team building or other events serving freshly prepared pizza to satisfy the hungriest of guests.
